At Juvee, your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data.
1. Information we collect
- User registration data (name, email, mobile, tailoring shop details)
- Tailoring business records, including customer measurements, order details, and delivery schedules
- Payment and subscription-related details
- Technical diagnostic data from the mobile app, such as crash reports and device and app version details
2. How we use your data
- To provide and manage your subscription-based tailoring management services
- To allocate customer support resources as per the chosen module
- For internal analytics to improve service experience (non-personally identifiable data)
3. Data security
All data is securely stored using industry-standard cloud protection protocols. We take appropriate steps to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal or business data, and we do not share your tailoring business records — such as customer measurements, order details, or payment information — with third parties for their own purposes. Limited access is granted only to authorized employees or service officers for technical support.
To measure app performance and advertising, our mobile app uses Google (Firebase Analytics) and Meta (Facebook) analytics tools. Through these tools, limited technical data — such as your device's advertising identifier, app usage and in-app events, purchase events, and approximate location derived from your IP address — may be shared with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising purposes. This does not include your customers' measurements or your tailoring business records.
When you send the demo request or contact form on this website, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google and Meta (Facebook) in hashed form, to measure which advertisements led to an enquiry. Hashing converts them into a fingerprint that cannot be read back, and the original values are never sent. This applies to the two forms on this website only, and never to your customers' measurements or your tailoring business records.
5. User rights
Users can access, update, or delete their data within the application interface. Account deactivation does not automatically delete data unless formally requested.
6. Cookies & analytics
Juvee may use cookies and analytics to monitor usage patterns and improve user experience. Our website and mobile app use Google (Firebase Analytics), and the mobile app additionally uses Meta (Facebook) analytics tools, to measure app installs, usage and in-app activity for analytics and advertising purposes. This may include your device's advertising identifier and approximate location derived from your IP address. You can limit ad personalisation from your device's settings.
Our mobile app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and device diagnostics, such as the device model, operating system version, app version and the state of the app at the time of a crash. We use this only to find and fix errors in the app. It does not include your customers' measurements, your orders or your other tailoring business records. Crash reports are processed by Google on our behalf and are not used for advertising.
Juvee also keeps its own record of website visits — the pages you open, your IP address, browser and device type, and the page that sent you here. A cookie is used to recognise a returning visit. This record is used only to understand how the website is used; it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.
7. Changes to policy
We reserve the right to update our Terms and Privacy Policy. Notifications will be provided within the platform for any major changes.
General disclaimer
Juvee is a service platform intended for tailoring-related business management. The company is not responsible for the business outcomes or customer interactions of users. Users are solely responsible for the integrity and accuracy of their own business data.
By using Juvee, you agree to the above terms. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any updates or changes made to these policies.
Messaging Channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Website Chat)
When you contact Juvee, a product of Fashion Dot Young Laser (India) Pvt Ltd, through the Juvee Facebook Page, Instagram account or the chat window on juvee.in, we receive and store:
- Your name and public profile details shared by Facebook or Instagram (name, username, profile picture)
- The messages, images and files you send to us, and our replies
- Contact details you choose to share, such as mobile number, email address, city and shop details
- Date and time of the conversation
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange Juvee demos and free plan sign-ups, provide sales and customer support, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your information and do not use your Facebook or Instagram messages for advertising.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your conversation and contact details are stored securely in our customer management system (FashionDot ERP), which only authorised staff can access. Access tokens issued by Facebook are stored in encrypted form. We keep conversation records for as long as needed to support you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Third-Party Platforms
Messages sent through Facebook Messenger and Instagram are also processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta’s Data Policy. Deleting your data from our system does not delete messages stored by Meta; you can delete those from your own Facebook or Instagram account.
Data Deletion Request
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time:
- Send an email to gopal@fashiondot.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request – Juvee”.
- Mention your name and the Facebook / Instagram account name or mobile number you used to contact us.
- We will delete your personal data and chat history within 30 days and confirm by email from the same address.
You can also remove our app’s access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove “FashionDot Social”.
