Subscription Refunds
- Payments for Juvee subscriptions are non-refundable once a plan is activated.
- Since our services provide immediate access to digital tools and resources, refunds cannot be issued after payment.
Plan Cancellation
- Users can cancel an active subscription at any time; however, cancellation will not result in a refund for any remaining subscription period.
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
Service Termination by Juvee
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if terms are violated, including misuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing.
- In such cases, prepaid fees remain non-refundable.
Change or Downgrade
- Users may request to switch to a different plan before the next billing cycle. Changes take effect from the next renewal period.
- Downgrading to a free version or a lower plan does not result in a refund of any unused period from the current plan.
