A tailoring package built around the production floor rather than the counter, from a team that publishes no price at all. Here is what it does, and what to ask before you book the demo.

What DarziWare Is

DarziWare is tailoring shop software that runs in a web browser. Its own site describes it as “smart tailoring software for modern tailor shops” and says it is designed for small and growing tailor shops — order booking through to final delivery.

Two numbers sit on its homepage: 500 tailors onboarded and 365,000 orders managed. Those are the company’s own figures, not independently checked, and they are the only scale indicators the site gives.

What is missing from the homepage is as telling as what is on it. There is no app-store badge, no mention of an Android or iPhone app, and no price. Everything funnels to one button: Book A Free Demo.

What Its Own Site Says It Does

Read on 16 September 2026, the feature list is:

  • Order management — record and track each order digitally, with measurements, due dates and item details attached.
  • Customer and measurement profiles — saved measurements, order history and notes for repeat customers.
  • Payments and receipts — advances, dues and completed payments, with receipts printed or shared.
  • Production streamlining — visibility of work in progress, pending stages and production priorities.
  • Worker payment calculation — tailor payments worked out from completed jobs.
  • Delivery load analyser — upcoming deliveries and workload across the week.
  • Review and feedback — post-delivery feedback collected from customers.
  • In-house and outsourced production — internal work and vendor work tracked together.
  • Reports — order status, production delays and financial summaries.

Two of those are worth pausing on, because a lot of tailoring software does not bother with them. The delivery load analyser answers a question every shop asks on a Monday — how much is due this week, and can we actually do it. And outsourced production matters if you send work to a vendor and currently track it on paper, or not at all.

Judge any of these by whether your shop has the problem it solves, not by how long the list is.

What It Costs

We could not find out, and that is the honest answer.

On 16 September 2026 there was no pricing page on darziware.com, no pricing link anywhere on the homepage, and no sitemap to check. Software directories list DarziWare as price on request. So the number reaches you during the demo, after they know the size of your shop.

That is a normal way to sell software. It is also a slower way to buy it. You cannot line DarziWare up against two other options on a Sunday evening without first getting on a call.

Where Juvee Is Different

The plainest difference is that our prices are on the website. Juvee’s pricing page lists all four plans: Basic is free permanently, and Executive, Premium and Pro run from ₹999 a month, or ₹10,190 a year. You can work out whether we are in your range before you speak to anybody.

The second difference is the phone. Juvee runs on Android and in a browser, so a tailor can mark a piece finished from beside the machine rather than walking to the shop computer. DarziWare’s site does not mention a mobile app.

The third is language. Juvee’s AI voice assistant takes measurements spoken in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam, which is a different thing from a screen you can read. Our measurement management page covers how those records are stored and reused.

Where DarziWare may well suit you better: if outsourced production is a real part of your week, its site puts that front and centre in a way most packages do not.

What the Site Does Not Tell You, and You Should Ask

Four questions worth putting to any tailoring software demo, DarziWare included:

What does it cost in year two? The first-year figure is often an opening offer. Ask for the renewal price in writing.

Can I export my data if I leave? Customer measurements are the most valuable thing your shop owns. Ask what format you get them in.

How many staff logins are included? A price for one user is a different price from a price for four.

Who answers when something breaks on a Saturday? Ask for the support hours, and the language support is given in.

Who Each One Suits

DarziWare suits you if

You run production both in-house and outsourced, you want a browser-based system on a shop computer, you are comfortable getting the price through a demo, and a weekly delivery-load view is something you would genuinely use.

Juvee suits you if

You want to see the price before you talk to anyone, you need the shop on a phone as well as a computer, you want measurements spoken rather than typed, or you want to start on a free plan and grow into a paid one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is DarziWare free?

The site offers a free demo, not a free plan. There is no free tier advertised on darziware.com.

Does DarziWare have a mobile app?

Its website does not mention one, and we could not find a DarziWare app on the Google Play Store on 16 September 2026. Ask them directly on the demo if a phone app matters to you.

On its own description, production: work-in-progress visibility, worker payment calculated from completed jobs, and in-house work tracked alongside outsourced work.

What is the best tailoring software in India?

It depends on what your shop actually struggles with. We keep an honest comparison of the main options on our best tailoring software page, with every price rechecked against the vendor’s own site.

Try Before You Decide

Book the DarziWare demo if production tracking is your problem — it is worth an hour. Then book ours and put the same four questions to both. The one that answers them clearly is usually the one to buy.

Or just start on the free Basic plan and see how the work feels in your own shop before any money changes hands.
