We do not sell your personal or business data, and we do not share your tailoring business records — such as customer measurements, order details, or payment information — with third parties for their own purposes. Limited access is granted only to authorized employees or service officers for technical support.
To measure app performance and advertising, our mobile app uses Google (Firebase Analytics) and Meta (Facebook) analytics tools. Through these tools, limited technical data — such as your device's advertising identifier, app usage and in-app events, purchase events, and approximate location derived from your IP address — may be shared with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising purposes. This does not include your customers' measurements or your tailoring business records.
5. User rights
Users can access, update, or delete their data within the application interface. Account deactivation does not automatically delete data unless formally requested.
6. Cookies & analytics
Juvee may use cookies and analytics to monitor usage patterns and improve user experience. Our website and mobile app use Google (Firebase Analytics), and the mobile app additionally uses Meta (Facebook) analytics tools, to measure app installs, usage and in-app activity for analytics and advertising purposes. This may include your device's advertising identifier and approximate location derived from your IP address. You can limit ad personalisation from your device's settings.

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Privacy Policy. Notifications will be provided within the platform for any major changes.
