Does Your Boutique Face These Challenges?

📝

Lost Measurement Records

Customer measurement records get lost in registers and scattered notes — costing time and causing remakes.

📊

Missed Delivery Dates

Missed delivery dates and unhappy customers from orders that slip through the cracks.

📦

No Stock Visibility

No visibility into fabric and accessory stock until production stops mid-order.

💰

Manual Billing

Manual billing and payment tracking that eats hours and leads to errors.

Multiple Branches

Unable to manage multiple branches from one place with shared data.

Staff & Salary Hours

Staff attendance and salary calculation taking hours every month.

Juvee solves every one of these — with software built specifically for boutique businesses.

Built Around a Boutique’s Real Order Flow

A boutique order is rarely one garment on one date. Most systems assume it is.

Saree blouses and falls. The commonest order in an Indian boutique is also the fiddliest to record: a blouse taken from a saree the customer brought, with a fall and pico to match, and a fit note that only makes sense next to last time’s. Juvee keeps the blouse measurements as their own template — ten points rather than a generic chest and length — with the customer’s previous set still dated and readable underneath.

Lehengas and heavy work. A lehenga is not one job. It is a skirt, a blouse, a dupatta, embroidery that may go out to a karigar, and a wedding date that cannot move. Each piece is tracked separately so “nearly ready” becomes a list of what is actually finished, and the whole order still carries one delivery date so nobody loses sight of it.

Trials and alterations. High-value orders come back two or three times before they leave for good. Every fitting is recorded against the same order with what was agreed, so the person who alters it in June is not relying on the memory of the person who measured in March.

Bulk and party orders. Six bridesmaids, four sizes, one date. Each person is her own record with her own measurements, each outfit its own line with its own progress — so one piece running late cannot hide behind the group.

Fabric that belongs to the customer. Cloth brought in by a customer is not stock and should never be counted as stock. It is logged against that order, so it is not issued to somebody else and not counted in what you own.

Boutique Management Software Pricing

A boutique finding its feet pays nothing. The Basic plan is free permanently — not a trial that expires — with measurements, order tracking, GST billing and fabric stock, for up to 10 customers, 20 orders a month and one login.

A boutique with a small team and a couple of hundred orders a month is ₹ 9,999 a year on Executive, which is roughly ₹ 833 a month for 200 customers, 200 orders and three staff logins. Busy boutiques and multi-branch stores that need unlimited orders and priority support are ₹ 14,999 a year on Premium.

GST billing is on every plan including the free one, there is no per-invoice charge, and there is no separate cost for the mobile app. You can also try the paid features free for 14 days without a card, then stay on Basic if the limits suit you. The full comparison is on the pricing page.

Absolutely. Juvee supports measurement profiles for blouses, lehengas, suits, salwar kameez, gowns, sherwanis, and any custom garment type you define.
Yes. You can manage walk-in orders, phone orders, and online orders all from the same platform.
It depends on what your boutique actually does. If most of your work is saree blouses, lehengas and custom orders with trials, you need measurement templates per garment, order lines that track separately, and customer-supplied fabric kept out of your stock count. General retail or accounting software has none of those. Juvee is built for exactly that work, with GST billing included on every plan, and the free Basic plan lets you judge it on your own orders rather than on a feature list.
Yes. Each branch keeps its own orders, staff and reporting while you see all of them together, and a customer measured at one branch is recognised at another. See multi-branch tailoring software for how that works.
