Nothing. The free plan does not run out, so your data stays where it is. If you do subscribe later, everything carries over, and you can export all of it at any time. We never lock your data.

No. Juvee is an annual subscription with no commitment beyond the year you have paid for, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling does not refund the rest of the period, but your features keep working until the end of it. Plan changes take effect from the next renewal. Yes. Every new account receives a free onboarding session with a Juvee specialist. We also provide video tutorials, documentation, and ongoing WhatsApp support.

There is nothing to download for the software itself. Juvee opens in the browser on any phone or computer, so there is no setup file, no installation and nothing to reinstall when a computer is replaced. The Android app is a free download from the Play Store and uses the same account, so an order taken on the phone is on the computer immediately.
