Basic Plan — Free Forever

Free Tailoring App — Juvee Basic, and Exactly Where It Stops

Juvee’s Basic plan is free permanently, not a trial with a countdown. It runs a real shop: up to 10 customers, 20 orders a month and one staff login, with GST billing, measurements and order tracking included. This page says plainly what you get and what you do not.

What the Free Tailoring App Gives You

Three limits, and everything else the software does.

The features are not the limit — the volume is. A shop on Basic issues the same GST invoice, saves the same measurements and tracks the same orders as a shop paying for the largest plan. What it cannot do is hold more than ten customers, take more than twenty orders in a month, or give a second person their own login.

Free Plan or Free Trial?

These get confused constantly, and they are not the same offer.

If your shop fits inside the Basic limits, you do not need the trial at all — just start, and stay there as long as it works. The 14-day trial is for shops that already know they are past those limits and want to see the paid features on their own orders before paying for them.

Juvee Basic vs Other Free Apps

There is no shortage of free tailoring apps, and most of them do one job well: they store customer measurements so you stop carrying a register. That is genuinely useful, and for a tailor whose only problem is a lost measurement book it may be all that is needed.

The difference shows up on the money side. Most free apps have no concept of a bill, so an advance and a balance still live in your head or on a slip. They rarely produce a GST invoice, which matters the day a school or a company asks for one. And almost none of them connect the measurement to the order, the order to the bill, and the bill to the balance still owed.

Juvee Basic does all of that inside its limits, which is a different kind of free: a smaller version of the whole product rather than one feature of it.

Worth checking on any free app before you commit records to it: can you get your data out, does it survive a lost phone, and is it still going to exist next year.

When the Free Plan Stops Being Enough

Usually one of these three, and rarely the one shops expect.

  • A second person needs their own login. This is the most common one. The moment somebody else takes orders while you are cutting, sharing a single login stops working — and you lose the ability to see who recorded what.
  • Twenty orders in a month becomes a slow month. A shop doing thirty or forty orders has passed the point where the limit is the constraint rather than a comfortable ceiling.
  • Your regulars pass ten. Ten customers goes quickly for a shop with repeat business, and repeat customers are exactly the ones whose saved measurements are worth the most.

The next plan up is Executive at ₹9,999 a year: 200 customers, 200 orders a month, three staff logins and AI voice credits. Above that, Premium removes the customer and order limits entirely. Plans can be changed at any time from the dashboard, so nothing has to be decided in advance. The full list is on the pricing page.

What You Are Getting For Free

Every one of these is on the Basic plan — the tailor app, measurement records, GST billing, order tracking and fabric inventory, on the same account across phone and computer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Juvee really a free tailoring app?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever, not a trial that expires. It covers up to 10 customers, 20 orders per month and one staff login, and includes GST-compliant billing, customer and measurement management, order tracking, fabric inventory and WhatsApp updates.
What is the difference between the free plan and the free trial?
The free plan is Basic and it does not expire, but it is capped at 10 customers, 20 orders a month and one login. The 14-day free trial opens the paid features with no card required; when it ends you either move to a paid plan or carry on with Basic.
What happens when I reach 20 orders in a month?
That is the point to move up. Executive is ₹9,999 a year and raises the limits to 200 customers, 200 orders a month and three staff logins. Plans can be changed at any time from your Juvee dashboard, so there is nothing to decide in advance.
Does the free plan include GST billing?
Yes. GST-compliant billing, customer and measurement management, order tracking, fabric inventory and WhatsApp updates are included on every plan including Basic. What changes as you move up is the volume, the number of staff logins and the AI voice credits.
Do I need a credit card to start on the free plan?
No. Neither the Basic plan nor the 14-day trial of the paid features requires a card.
Is one staff login enough for my shop?
For a tailor working alone, yes. If a second person needs to take orders or update jobs while you are cutting, that is usually the first limit a shop meets — more often than the order count.
