orders you handle in a month, how many staff need their own login, and whether you want
AI voice and priority support. Most shops overpay because they buy a licence sized for a
factory when they are running a single counter.

quarterly, 10% half yearly, 15% yearly.
What that cost should always include, whichever vendor you choose: GST-ready billing,
customer measurement records, order and delivery tracking, and fabric inventory. If a
quote leaves any of those out, or charges separately per bill, the headline price is not
the real price. Every Juvee plan carries all four, and you can start on the free Basic
plan and move up only when the order volume actually needs it.
Which plan fits your shop
A single tailor, or a shop just coming off the notebook. Basic covers 10 customers, 20 orders a month and one login, free and without a card. If you take fewer than one order a day, that is the whole system.
Two or three people at the counter. Executive raises that to 200 customers, 200 orders a month and three logins. Separate logins start to matter the moment someone other than you is entering orders.
A busy boutique, or more than one branch. Premium removes the customer and order limits and gives five logins with priority support. Choose it when the number you keep running into is orders, not customers.
Bulk production. Pro adds a dedicated account manager and custom integration on top of everything in Premium.
The test is easier than it looks: count last month’s orders, then count the people who would need their own login. Those two numbers pick the plan. If you are unsure, start on Basic — moving up later takes a minute from your dashboard.
