Data Deletion Request

Ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including anything we received through Facebook or Instagram.

Juvee, a product of Fashion Dot Young Laser (India) Pvt Ltd, respects your privacy. If you have contacted us through juvee.in chat, the Juvee Facebook Page, Instagram or our FashionDot Social app, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

Email gopal@fashiondot.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request – Juvee”.
Include your full name and the Facebook / Instagram account name, email or mobile number you used to contact us.
We will verify your request and delete your personal data, contact details and chat history within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email from gopal@fashiondot.in once deletion is complete.

Remove app access from Facebook

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select FashionDot Social → Remove.

Your Juvee shop account

If you use Juvee as a registered shop, deleting your chat data does not close your Juvee account. To delete your Juvee account and its shop data (customers, orders, measurements), mention this in the same email. We may keep invoices and payment records required under Indian tax law (GST) for the legally required period.
