Darzee is a well built tailoring app, in more Indian languages than most. The one thing it does not tell you is what it costs. Here is what its site actually says.
What Darzee Is
Darzee is a tailoring and boutique app from Vinju Private Limited. Its own site describes it as AI-Powered Boutique Management and aims it at fashion designers, boutique owners and tailors. It runs on Android, on iPhone, and in a browser, so the same records can be opened on a phone and on a shop computer.
On Google Play the Android app shows more than ten thousand downloads. It is free to install.
What Its Own Site Says It Does
Taken directly from darzeeapp.com, read on 19 August 2026:
- Order management, with filters and sorting
- Customer records
- Measurements stored and pulled back into future orders
- Payment recording
- Automated order updates sent to the customer
- Dashboards for orders, revenue and customer growth
It also states the app is available in more than ten Indian languages, including Hindi and Punjabi. That is a genuine strength and worth saying plainly. A shop where the counter staff are more comfortable in their own language will get cleaner data out of any software, and most tailoring apps in India do not go past English and Hindi.
Its site also talks a great deal about workers, so the karigar side of the shop is clearly something it has thought about.
What It Costs
This is where the review has to be blunt.
There is no price on the Darzee website. Not a plan table, not a starting-from figure, not one rupee amount anywhere on the page.
We checked for a pricing page at three obvious addresses on 19 August 2026. All three returned a 404. The word free appears more than thirty times on the home page; the words free trial do not appear at all. The app installs free from Play, but nothing on the site says what happens after that, or which features cost money, or how much.
That may simply be a young company that has not published its pricing yet, and the number may be perfectly reasonable when you ask for it. But you cannot compare a price you cannot see. You will have to sign up, or write to them, before you know what you are being asked to pay.
Where Juvee Is Different
Juvee publishes its prices on a public page, and they do not change depending on who is asking:

Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. There is a 14-day free trial, and after it ends the Basic plan stays free, so nothing switches off on you.
What Neither Site Tells You, and You Should Ask
The Darzee site does not mention GST invoicing, fabric or material stock, or expenses. That is not the same as saying the app cannot do those things, and it would be unfair to claim it. It means you should ask before you decide, because these are the three things a growing shop needs next.
Ask both vendors the same four questions, and write the answers down:
- What does it cost a year, in writing, including tax?
- Does it produce a GST tax invoice with an invoice number, or only a receipt?
- Can I get my customers and measurements out again as a file if I leave?
- Does the price change when I add a second staff login, or a second branch?
The third one matters more than people expect. It is the question that decides whether a choice can be undone.
Who Each One Suits
Darzee suits you if
- Your counter staff are more comfortable in a language other than English or Hindi
- You mainly need orders, measurements and payments tracked, and nothing heavier
- You do not mind asking for a quotation before you can compare
Juvee suits you if
- You want to see the price before you start
- You issue GST invoices, or you will have to soon
- You give work out to karigars and want job cards and pending work in the same system
- You want to start at zero cost and stay there until the shop is ready to pay
