A real Indian tailoring package that runs on your shop computer, with no phone app and no published price. Here is what it does, and what to ask before paying.

What TailoBill Is
TailoBill is tailoring shop software from Liza Technologies, a company based in Nagpur. It is aimed at custom tailors, fashion designers and bridal boutiques, and it has been around long enough to appear on the usual Indian software directories rather than only on its own website.
It is a genuine product from a genuine company, which is worth saying plainly, because this category has a lot of listings that are neither.
What Its Own Site Says It Does
These are its claims, in its own words, not our test of them.
- Order management with sales, ready orders, delivered and undelivered items
- Barcodes for retail stock — barcode-assisted inventory, barcode generation, and a barcode sticker print format, all listed under its Retail module
- Billing with or without tax, covering GST and VAT
- Separate access for a sales counter, a measurement counter, a delivery and trial counter, an alteration desk, the workshop and the admin
- Reports for workload by date, delayed orders, expenses and payment tracking
The workshop module is the interesting one and it is not common in this category. It lists salaried and per-piece pricing, item-wise and worker-wise rates, worker loans and payments, and in-house or outsourced units. If karigar payments are what your week actually goes on, that is a real answer to a real problem.
Judge any of these by whether your shop has the problem it solves, not by how long the feature list is.
What It Costs
This is the honest part and it is short: TailoBill does not publish its prices.
Its listings name three plans - Made 2 Measure, Ready 2 Wear and Bespoke - but the price shown against each is a placeholder rather than a figure, and a free trial is offered. So nobody can tell you from the internet what it costs, and any article that gives you a number for it is guessing.
That is not a criticism. Plenty of Indian software is quoted per shop. It does mean you have to call and ask, and it means you should ask the four questions further down before you do.
Where Juvee Is Different
| TailoBill | Juvee |
|---|
Price | Not published - ask them | Published: Basic free, paid from Rs. 9,999/year |
Free option | A trial is offered | A free plan with no time limit |
Karigar pay and workshop | Salaried or per piece, worker loans, outsourced units | Attendance and payroll, piece rates from recorded output |
Counter-wise access | Yes, several defined counters | Staff logins with what each person can open |
Where it runs | Your shop computer. No phone app — no Play Store listing exists and its site never mentions one | Browser on a computer, Android app, same account |
The workshop and karigar side is the clearest reason to choose TailoBill over us. Outsourced units, worker loans and per-piece rates set item by item are things it names on its own pricing page, and a shop that sends work out will feel that difference.
The clearest reason to choose us is that you can see the price before you talk to anybody, and start on a free plan that does not expire.
What is actually free, across the category, is set out in what is really free in 2026.
What Neither Site Tells You, and You Should Ask
Ask these of TailoBill, of us, and of anybody else on your list. The answers matter more than any feature page.
- What is the total for my shop, per year, including every add-on and taxes
- If I stop paying, can I still open and export my customer measurements
- Who answers when something breaks on a Saturday in wedding season, and in which language
- Does it run on the phone I already have, or do I need a computer at the counter
The second one is the question almost nobody asks and the one that hurts most later. Your measurement records are the shop, not the software.
Who Each One Suits
TailoBill suits you if
- Your garments physically move between stations and you want each stage scanned
- You have separate people on a sales counter, a delivery counter and an alteration desk
- You are comfortable asking for a quote rather than seeing a price first
Juvee suits you if
- You want to see the price and start without a phone call
- One or two people run the shop and the phone is the main device
- You want a free plan that keeps working rather than a trial with an end date
Our plans are on the pricing page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does TailoBill cost?
It is not published. Its listings name three plans - Made 2 Measure, Ready 2 Wear and Bespoke - without prices against them, so you have to ask the company directly. Be careful with any article that quotes a figure, because that figure is not coming from TailoBill.
Is TailoBill free?
A free trial is offered. The plan prices are not published, so whether there is a permanently free plan is a question for the company. A price of zero shown on a directory listing usually means the vendor left the field blank, not that the software is free.
Who makes TailoBill?
Liza Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
What is TailoBill best at?
Counter-based working and the workshop, judging by what it puts first in its own material. It defines separate access for a sales counter, a measurement counter, a delivery and trial counter, an alteration desk, the workshop and the admin, and its workshop module covers salaried and per-piece pay, worker loans and outsourced units. That is genuinely useful in an established shop with several counters and karigars.
What is the best tailoring software in India?
There is no single answer, and anyone who gives you one is selling something. Write down the three things your shop actually gets wrong today, then ask each option how it handles those three. The one that answers them plainly is your answer.
A wider comparison is on best tailoring software.

Try Before You Decide
Ask TailoBill for a quote and a demo. Ask us nothing - the price is on the page and the Basic plan opens without a card. Run one real week of your own orders through whichever you are leaning towards, and let your own shop decide.
You can start free on the Basic plan - ten customers, twenty orders a month, no card.
Note: everything said above about TailoBill comes from its own website and public directory listings as they stood on 31 August 2026. Features and prices change. Check with the company before deciding.
